Brief: Make a graphic manual and an identity based on these three things:
1. Hotel chain.
2. The name Glaukegro Serfrob needs to be in the identity.
3. Medium budget and wide.
We thought it would be easier for us to build a persona behind the name Glaukegro Serfrob.

Glau as she is called is 20 years old when her parents die in a car crash. Glau is named after Glauberg in Stockheim, Germany. She's sad and lost after her parents accident and decides to travel, she sees a familiar name on her map, Stockholm. She feels connected to it and its almost the same name of her hometown, so she packs her bags and go.
